Gardening club
The Bowes Park Community Association are organising and funding a monthly gardening club! It takes place on Saturday mornings, 10:30-12, on the last Saturday of the month, in different public gardens around Bounds Green.
It's run by the very talented local gardener, Jonathan Dowley, and some of his team. He comes up with a plan of what needs to be done and assigns a range of little jobs for those who arrive. All tools are provided, and all ages are welcome. No expertise in gardening is needed, and it's a great way to meet locals and have a natter while doing something for your local area.
Wheelchair users and those with disabilities are thoroughly welcome, as are people from 0 years old to 100, and those who want to improve their English.
